Uninstall True Browser.
You can remove True through Windows Settings in a few simple steps. Choose your version of Windows below.
Before you begin
Save your work and export any bookmarks you want to keep. Close True’s windows. If True is still running in the Windows system tray, right-click its icon and choose Exit True.
Remove it in Settings.
Open Windows Settings
Right-click the Start button and select Settings, or press Windows + I.
Find True in your apps
Go to Apps > Installed apps. Search for True or True Browser.
Choose Uninstall
Select the three dots (…) beside True, then Uninstall. Confirm and follow the on-screen instructions.
A few familiar steps.

Find True in your apps
Go to Apps > Apps & features. Search for True or True Browser.
Choose Uninstall
Select True, choose Uninstall, and confirm. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish.
Can’t find it in Settings?
Search Windows for Control Panel, open Programs > Programs and Features, select True, and choose Uninstall. If Windows says the browser is still open, exit it from the system tray and try again. On a managed computer, your administrator may need to help.
After uninstalling
You can choose another browser in Windows Settings > Apps > Default apps. If a True shortcut remains, you can remove or unpin that shortcut.
Removing the application may leave local profile data on the computer. If you also want to clear browsing history and site data, use True’s browsing-data controls before uninstalling. Clearing local data or removing the application does not automatically delete records already held by online services.
